Installation Notes

Low-voltage AV technicians and systems integrators typically handle HDMI cable installation in commercial and residential environments. Power down all connected source and display equipment before connecting or disconnecting HDMI cables. Route cables away from AC power lines to minimize interference, and avoid sharp bends or kinks that can compromise internal conductors over extended runs.
