The L H Dottie Co TB200CG is a 2-inch TB-style threaded conduit body designed for use in electrical conduit systems. Conduit bodies provide access points for wire pulling, splicing, and routing changes within a rigid or intermediate metal conduit run. The TB200CG is sold individually and is intended for installation by licensed electricians working on commercial, industrial, or residential electrical systems. Its threaded connections ensure a secure, code-compliant fit within the conduit assembly.

This conduit body is suited for applications where a conduit run requires an access point at a straight-through section, making wire pulling and future maintenance more manageable. It is typically used in rigid metal conduit or intermediate metal conduit installations in commercial and industrial environments where durable, threaded fittings are required.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code and applicable local codes. De-energize the circuit and confirm the absence of voltage before opening or working within any conduit body. Use appropriate thread sealant or conduit wrench when making up threaded connections to ensure a weathertight and mechanically sound joint. Always install a listed cover with a gasket where the conduit body is subject to wet or damp location requirements.
