Description

The TRAEGER PELLET GRILLS LLC BAC520 is a five-pack of aluminum drip tray liners designed for the Traeger Pro 780 pellet grill. These disposable liners sit inside the grease pan to catch drippings during cooks, simplifying post-cook cleanup without the need for scrubbing the pan itself. Constructed from heat-proof aluminum, each liner is lightweight and formed to fit flush within the grease pan boundary. Proper placement is critical: the liner must rest fully on the grease pan and must not extend beyond its edges, as coverage of surrounding areas can interfere with airflow and affect cooking temperature performance.

These liners are intended for use with the Traeger Pro Series 780 pellet grill. They are a maintenance consumable, replaced after one or multiple cooks depending on grease accumulation. Grill operators and backyard cooks who run frequent long cooks will find regular liner replacement a practical way to maintain a clean grease management system and reduce the risk of grease buildup or flare-up conditions in the drip tray area.

Installation Notes

Allow the grill to cool completely before removing a used liner or installing a new one. Ensure the liner sits flat and fully within the grease pan boundaries before igniting the grill. Do not overlap the liner onto any surface outside the grease pan, as this can restrict airflow and alter cooking temperatures. Dispose of used liners and any accumulated grease in accordance with local waste disposal guidelines.
