The SECO 00027187 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying ANSI/ISO designation XOEX120402R-M07 in manufacturer grade F40M. It features a parallelogram shape with a 90-degree included angle, a positive 20.5-degree rake angle, and a 15-degree relief angle. The cutting edge is honed for edge stability, and the insert is coated with TiAlN and TiN via a PVD process for heat resistance and extended tool life. Installation Notes
