This one also has 1/2 inch slip but is straight instead of elbow shaped.
Otherwise, there are plenty off elbow shaped cluster jet bodies with 3/4 inch water connections like 212-0590
Waterway Cluster Jet Body Deluxe requires 1 inch hole size.

This jet body has 3/8 inch air connection (slip) and 1/2 inch water connection (slip) with plug.
