The Pentair ETi 400 includes a three-year limited parts and labor manufacturer warranty when purchased, installed, registered, and operated in accordance with Pentairs current warranty and TradeGrade requirements.
Warranty coverage is subject to Pentairs complete terms and exclusions. Proof of purchase, product registration, and proof of professional installation may be required.
Pentair TradeGrade products sold online outside the authorized TradeGrade policy may receive reduced warranty coverage. Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect gas pressure, poor water chemistry, freezing, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

This product ships by freight. Inspect the heater and packaging before signing the delivery receipt. Note all visible damage on the carriers paperwork and take photographs immediately.
