Description
The TRAEGER PELLET GRILLS LLC GLZ002 is a sweet and spicy Mango Habanero BBQ glaze designed for finishing grilled meats. Applied during the final stage of cooking, it adds a layer of flavor and a glossy finish to the surface of the meat. The glaze pairs well with pork and chicken and is suited for use on pellet grills, charcoal, or gas setups. It is sold in a package quantity of six units, making it practical for catering operations, food service professionals, and high-volume grilling applications.
This glaze is intended for use as a finishing sauce applied directly to meats near the end of the cook. It is well suited to pork cuts such as ribs and tenderloin, as well as chicken thighs, breasts, and wings. The mango-habanero flavor profile balances sweetness with heat, making it a versatile option for competition-style or everyday backyard cooking. The six-pack format supports consistent product availability across multiple cook sessions or service events.
